1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Greys' Bars website and the mobile bar hire and event services provided by GREYS BARS LTD (Company No. 16615424). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payments
All quotes provided are valid for 14 days. To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event date. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if full payment is not received on time.
3. Licensing and Age Verification
Greys' Bars operates in strict accordance with UK licensing laws. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy. Any guest who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked to provide valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence) before being served alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion, particularly if they appear intoxicated or abusive.
4. Venue and Access
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue permits the use of a mobile bar and the service of alcohol. The client must ensure there is adequate access for our team to load, unload, and set up the bar equipment, as well as access to a reliable power supply unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit only. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will require payment of 50% of the total balance. Cancellations within 14 days require full payment.
6. Liability and Breakages
The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any damage to Greys' Bars equipment, glassware, or property caused by the client or their guests will be billed to the client at replacement cost. Greys' Bars shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
